Situation: Wahed needed to gain brand awareness and talk to audiences who were not typically used to investing.Task: Our task was to build a marketing campaign targeting this specific audience, increasing consideration and driving engagement with their brand.Action: We co-created a brief that allowed Wahed to open its doors to new customers and identify an audience that would be open to using Wahed products. We targeted and encouraged audiences that would not usually use conventional investment products to open a Wahed account and start investing. Our tireless market research helped us segment Wahed's audience, personify them in an animated comic book style, and create characters to which the different audiences could relate. We also built a fun and engaging digital experience that helped users identify their investment personality and directed them to which investment portfolio would suit them.

Human Aid & Advocacy

Task: Human Aid was looking for a rebranding to fit its updated message. We were tasked to create a new logo, colour palette, typography, website and an updated tone of voice.Action: We led several discussions with the client to understand their vision and analyse their existing branding and improvement points. Based on this, our team put together a few initial concepts, logo sketches and colour suggestions. We shared these with the client over our first creative workshop and decided on two concepts to develop further. We worked with the client to achieve their vision and led creative workshops until we agreed on a final branding. Simultaneously, we developed a new website, and together, we created a powerful and meaningful tone of voice.Results: The client was thrilled with the new branding and got great feedback on the organisation’s new face. We presented the new branding journey to a large audience in London and Manchester.

Task: We were tasked to ideate, plan and produce creative content for social media that would develop brand awareness and consideration.Action: We studied the brand’s identity and the audience’s behaviour patterns, generated concepts, built storyboards and organised a posting plan. Once the assets and captions were ready, we shared them with the client to be reviewed and then applied the feedback. With the content approved, we scheduled each post for its respective date. We kept analysing each post’s performance and updating our plan to fit the client’s audience behaviour.Results: We created high-quality content that transmitted the brand’s identity and value; we saw a considerable increase in followers and a very positive post performance and engagement rate.

Nester

Task: We were tasked to build an effective strategy and develop a campaign to generate more leads and increase brand awareness and consideration.Action: We started by understanding the brand’s audience and strengths. With a clear idea, we generated concepts highlighting the brand’s points of focus. We developed the copy and visuals and shared the assets for revision. After applying all the provided feedback and getting the assets approved, our marketing team successfully activated the campaign on Facebook and Google Ads and kept analysing its performance.Results: We generated approximately 200 leads, considerably increased website and social media traffic, and developed strong brand awareness and consideration.
